What does empowerment actually look like when you're running a business, serving your community, supporting your family, mentoring others, and trying to hold it all together?

Join moderator Khandle Hendricks for an honest conversation with Cynthia Pierce, Founder & CEO of Resolution Resource Group, alongside community builders and business strategists Bethany Graver and Alex Koupal fo Alimental Business as they explore the realities of entrepreneurship beyond the highlight reel.

Together, they'll discuss what it means to choose your hard, charge confidently for your value, set boundaries without guilt, and build businesses that grow without sacrificing the people behind them. From navigating the pressure to do it all, to balancing multiple professional identities as founders, mentors, advisors, and leaders, this conversation will offer practical insights and real-world experiences from women actively building and supporting Arizona's entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Whether you're launching your first venture, scaling your business, or redefining success on your own terms, you'll leave with strategies for sustainable growth, authentic leadership, and a reminder that you don't have to figure it all out alone.
